Manipulating the contents of the "JAR" file will change the size of the File.
This Feature allows the user to Add or Overwrite files in the Jar.
Each method is explained in the following sections:
Double Left clicking on a channel in the plan view and select the Files Tab on the right hand side of the screen (As shown in Caption 1):
Selecting FS Mounts tab on the right hand side of the screenand to open an existed folder or Select
'Mount an external folders' icon to add a new one. (As shown in Caption 2):
Navigating the files required and drag and drop them into the files section on the right hand side of the screen (as shown in Caption 3):
An Alternative is to Right click on Files and Select Add Files from the Pop Up menu that appears, allowing the user to browse to the files required
as shown in Caption 4:
Right click on the Bundle to be Manipulated and from the Pop Up menu select Filtered Actions as shown in caption Caption 5_1 :
The First wizard page that opens allows the user to select which filter to use in this case it will be the "ALL" filter as shown in Caption 5_2 :
Select the Bundle from the list as shown in Caption 5_3 :
Select the Add files Action as shown in Caption 5_4 :
The final stage of the Wizard allows the user to select which mounted files are to be added to the "Jar". Each file may be previewed by highlighting, the file is then moved across after highlighting using the arrow in the center, the relevant files then appear in the right hand pane showing the relative file path as shown in Caption 5_5 :
Bundle Status will now change to Repackage this "MUST" be done to see the changes made to the "Jar" as shown in Caption 5 :
After repackaging and following the instructions of Inspecting the contents of the "Jar", the files added are now visible at the end of the "Jar" file as shown in Caption 7 :
Return to the Packaging Tab, highlight the bundle containing the "Jar" you have Manipulated as shown in Caption 8.1 :
In the Lower half of the Metaflow Client select the Packaged Tab then double left click on the packaged bundle link that is the lower left hand corner as shown in Caption 8.2 :
The user is now able to view the current contents of the "Jar" file by selecting the Jar Tab as shown in Caption 8.3 :
