Mail a Screen Dump to Metaflow Support

This feature allow the user to send an Email to Metaflow Support Team with an instant snap of what is on the screen.

(Note: please ensure that in your Preferences > Main Preferences > Mail tab the outgoing mail server have been completed.)

Firstly take a screen shot use the PrtScrn key on your keyboard and then select the Icon on the Cool Bar, a window will open that contains several fields. Include the screen shot which has been automatically attached .Each field is explained below Caption 1:

Caption 1: Details to be filled

From: This field is filled in automatically using your mail preset mail preferences, but may be changed

To: This field should never be edited unless you are requested to do so by Metaflow Support

CC: This field is for additional contacts you may wish to include

Subject: This field is filled out for you

Attachments: Do not remove or edit this section

Information: This field is for any information you feel is relevant to the issue you are having

Send: Use this to send the image to metaflow support and close the Wizard
