New Submission Request

Selecting the New Submission Request Link will bring up the page shown in the following Image.

Using the Scroll Bar navigate to the Title you wish to Create a new Schedule for, Select Continue.

(NOTE If the Title you wish to Schedule does not appear in this list you will need to add it using the Manage Title List as explained Here)

From the Following page Navigate to the Carrier that you wish to Submit your Content to, Select Continue as shown in the following Image.

From the List select the Type of Content that you are Submitting, for this Example we are going to select Java-Game,Select Continue as shown in the following Image.

From this next section you can Select the date the Submission must be completed by,Select continue as shown in the following Image.

From this next Section you can add any relevant notes and attachments that may be required to complete the requested submission,select continue as shown in the follwoing image.

From the next Page, several fields may be filled out, as shown in the following Image. Each field is explained in more detail below the Image.

  • Submission Priority : High/Medium/Low ; Medium is the default Value.
  • Supported Languages : Multiple Locales may be chosen holding down the CTRL Key
  • Territory : Select choice from drop Down.
  • Internal Reference : Your Internal Reference for this content.
  • Sales Status : Ordered/Deployed/Cancelled ; Ordered is the Default.
  • Via : Aggregator Name (If one is being used).
  • Expected Launch Date : Date for Live Deployement.
  • Marketing Assets Ready : Select Box for Yes.
  • Type : Submissions type : S = Submission : B = Backfill.
  • Local Name: User may optionally specify a localised / tailored flavour of the game for the delivery e.g. for titles which have different names in different geographies.
  • Deployment Status : Ready/In QA/Deployed/On Hold : Ready is the default value.
  • Select Continue when all the relevent data has been entered.
