View Submission Schedule

After creating a New Submission Schedule you come to this page, from here you can manage all of your Submisiion Schedules.

Filters

The list can be Filtered by the following Criteria

  • No Filter : Default Value : displays all Schedules.

  • Overdue : Lists all Schedules that are overdue from the Required by date.

  • Created this week :

  • Created this month :

  • Status Filter : Submitted

  • Status Filter : Rejected

  • Status Filter : Assigned

    • As any Filter is selected the Left hand pane will be automatically updated to show only those schedules that meet the selected criteria.

    Available Actions

  • Refresh : Refresh the data displayed in your schedule table.

  • Configure Fields : Default is all fields. Allows you the Choice of Which fields are displayed in the Left hand pane and in the Exported XLS.

  • Export Spreadsheet : Generates an XLS displaying the data chosen in the configure fields section Above

    • Configurable Fields

    The pane on the left is a view of a spreadsheet with all available Fields selected by Default, as each field is de/selected the requested columns are either added or removed upon selecting continue.

  • Title : The Name Given to the Content to be Submitted.

  • Channel :The Channel the content is to be Submitted to.

  • Type :The Type Of Content . IE : Java Game, Java Demo.

  • Status :

  • Required By : The Scheduled date the submission is to be ready by.

  • Owner : The Creator of the Scheduled Delivery.

  • Assignee : The Person the Submission has been assigned to for Completion.

  • Linked : The Submission has been confirmed in the Metaflow Client and the report is available in the State Warehouse.

  • Format : Wether the Submission is Backfill or not.

  • Availabe :

  • Submitted On : The date the submission was confirmed in the Metaflow Client

  • Week : The week the Submission is Expected to Launch in.

  • Mins to sub : Minutes left to the Requested completion date of the Submission.

  • Submission Priority : High/Medium/Low : The Priority set for the Submission Completion.

  • Supported Languages : The Locales the Submission should support.

  • Territory : The territory the Submission will be released in.

  • Internal Reference : the Internal reference Number.

  • Sales Status : The Current Status of the Submission.

  • Via (Optional*) : The Aggregator the Submission is being launched through.

  • Expected Launch Date (Optional*) : The Preferred date to Launch the Submission

  • Marketing Assets Ready (Optional*) : 1= Yes : Blank = No.

  • Type (Optional*) : S = Submission: B = Backfill.

  • Local Name (Optional*) : User may optionally specify a localised / tailored flavour of the game for the delivery e.g. for titles which have different names in different geographies.

  • Deployment Status (Optional*) : Ready/In QA/Deployed/On Hold.

    • (Optional*) Refers to Custom Fields
