Global ReportsGlobal Reports are accessible from a couple of places. (As highlighted in the Image below) Selecting either of the highlighted areas will bring you to the following page There are two available actions Both are explained below in detail Activate Projects by Channel/s with Devices and Key DataThis is divided up into 3 areas, the left hand pane show all Generated Reports, the right hand upper pane (Highlighted in the image below) shows the available actions, and the Reporting Archive link. Selecting either of the Real Time links on the right will bring you to the page shown in the image below. The list of Channels available to you depends on the channels assigned to your Metaflow Client Licence. Selecting a channel then continue will take you to the next page, where you may go straight to the reporting archive and view, email or delete the generated report. Selecting either of the Scheduled links will bring you to the Channel Picker again. However after selecting the channel you wish to generate a report against, you are asked to select Day,Week or Month from a drop down. (As shown Below) The following information will be requested,depending on which drop down selection you make. After your selection has been made, you will be asked to select the person/s that the report should be mailed to. (As shown in the image below) Selecting continue will bring you to a summary showing all the relevant information for the report that you have requested. Selecting to confirm will bring you to the page showing the ID of the report that is going to be generated. Content Submission SummarySelecting either of the Real Time links on the right will bring you to the page shown in the image below. The list will be populated with the names of all Projects that have a confirmed submission in the Warehouse. Selecting the Project you wish to report on will then bring you to the date picker. (AS shown below) Selecting either of the available "Scheduled" links will run through a very similare process to the Scheduled reporting explained previously. |
