Multi Editor

This feature allows the user to apply compound filters to get to the working set of bundles requiring a modification.

To use this feature by Right Click on the Top of project or bundles node

Once the user is at the above screen, by selecting the 'Manage Filters for this View' Icon the user can select the filter to select Global or Scoped Bundles.

The user can now decide which filter/s they wish to use by selecting the Add filter button, this will bring the user to this screen

For this example we use the Device Filter and click Next. At this point selecting the Device Manufacturer you wish to filter, Parent Group will automatically select all children in that device group

Selects the Next button. This shows the Bundles that remain after running the Device Filter (as shown below)

The user can now select Finish which will return you to the original filter selection screen, from here the user can either add another filter or select OK

Once the user has run all the filter that they wish to, when they select finish they will see that the bundle list in the left pane now only shows the bundles that remain after the filters were run, the user will also notice that the filters they chose to run are listed above the pane in the Filter Manager area. (as shown below)

The user can now run a filtered action to apply the Filter on the remaining bundles by selecting the one they wish to use from the Actions area on the top right, as highlighted in the image below.

The user can now check each bundle if required and make any necessary changes to the individual bundle by using the tabs along the lower portion of the screen, as highlighted in the image above.

Once the user is happy that the required actions have been taken then can select the finish button to take them back to the original plan view screen
