Channel Reports

Channel Reports are based on packaged Bundles. Please ensure that you have packaged all Bundles before viewing a Channel Report

Channel Reports are available from the Overview Tab when a Channel is opened in Metaflow.

Reports will vary from channel to channel depending on the information made available to Metaflow, below is a brief description of the available tabs on a channel report.

OverView Tab

The Overview tab on a channel report gives you

Device Coverage Tab

This gives you the Devices covered by the Channel and which bundle that specific device has been assigned to.

Device Revenues Tab

This gives you all Channel Supported Devices that have a Revenue assigned to them, the Bundle that the device is assigned to and the Revenue value of the assigned Device.

Drop List Tab

This gives you a list of all devices present in the drop list. A drop list is normally a list of devices that the specific channel wants to prioritise. All devices will be shown with the name of the list they are in next to them. Some channels have up to 3 drop lists typically showing high medium and low priority.

Device League Tab

This gives you the devices that you have assigned and the Bundle the device has been assigned to, and the position of the Device in the Channel Device League, however please be aware that this page of the report will list all the devices in the Device league with their relative position in the League and the Device Name Greyed out if the device has not been assigned to any Bundle.

Device Support Tab

This lists any Bundles that you have assigned and the Devices that have been assigned to each of those bundles respectively

Language Support Tab

This gives you a list of all Bundles that you have assigned and the Supported Language for each bundle.

Packaging Tab

This gives you a list of Assigned Bundles, their Current Status IE: Unpackaged, Packaged or repackage, the current number of Skus within the Bundle and the Traffic Light Status IE: Red/Yellow/Green.

Submission Tab

This is Only available for Submission Channels and works in a similar way to Packaging showing you the Assigned Bundles and the Current submitted state.

Macros Tab

This gives you any Macros that have been set to run against this Channel, it gives their AutoRun state, the Name that was given to the Macro and a description of what function/s the macro carries out when it is executed.

Tasks Tab

If you run a Channel Report after you have Packaged but before you have satisfied any tasks for Submission, then all outstanding Tasks will be listed showing if the Task is Mandatory, Recommended or Optional, any Locale Specific tasks, the actual Task description and if the task is considered to be Bundle Specific or Global.
