Error Reporting

The Error Reporting feature of Metaflow is in place to enable us to help you resolve issues that might arise from time to time.

If a user is using one of the features of Metaflow and receives a warning that states (As shown in the image below)

The first thing the user needs to do is select the Details tab, this will open up the error box (As shown in the image below) and will give the user a breakdown of the error that has occurred

Some errors are self explanatory, two good examples of this would be

In other cases the user should use the Email Error to Support feature.

Filling those contents as shown in the picture above and select Email Error to Support button. This will allow us to investigate and advise as to what steps need to be taken to resolve the issue promptly, causing as little inconvenience to the user as possible
